Our Paving Services and Processes

Asphalt Driveways

From private roads to new driveways, we do it all.

Grading and Sloping: We make the driveway surface flat and smooth using tools that measure the level. We also make a slight slope to help the water run off and avoid puddles and cracks.

Sub-Base Preparation: We put a thick gravel or crushed stone layer over the driveway and press it hard. This makes a solid and frost-proof base for the asphalt layer.

Asphalt Installation: We heat up the mix to over 300°F and spread it evenly over the base using a paving machine. We then use a roller to press and smooth the asphalt layer, making a flat and firm surface.

Drying and Curing: We let the asphalt driveway dry and harden for at least a day before you can drive on it. We also put up signs and cones to mark the driveway and protect it from damage.
Sealcoating Services - Pavement Repair

Cleaning: We make sure your asphalt pavement is clean and ready for asphalt sealcoating. We use a blower, a broom, and a washer to get rid of any dirt, grass, stains, or anything else that might get in the way.

Crack Filling: We fix any cracks in your pavement with a hot rubber filler that seals them and stops water from getting in and making them worse.

Sealcoating: We spray or squeegee the sealcoat over the entire pavement surface. We use a high-quality sealcoat that matches your pavement type and your preferences. We put two coats of sealcoat, letting the first one dry before putting the second one.
Out With the Old, In with The New

- Pulverizing: The old asphalt is broken up and mixed, creating recycled asphalt.

- Grading: The reclaimed mixture is graded and leveled to match the desired profile and slope of the pavement. The grading process ensures proper drainage and smoothness of the surface.

- Paving: A paver applies a new layer of asphalt over the compacted reclaimed mixture. The new asphalt layer provides a fresh and smooth surface that enhances the appearance and performance of the pavement. This is the extent of our asphalt paving services.
